My approach

Why I specialize in OCD and anxiety disorders

Many people with OCD and anxiety feel like they’ve “tried therapy before” and it either stayed on the surface or didn’t touch the compulsions that run their day. I built this practice to offer something different: structured, evidence-based treatment that still feels deeply human.

I’m Chris, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I help children, teens, and adults who are tired of feeling controlled by intrusive thoughts, rituals, and endless mental reviewing. My clients are often bright, responsible, and caring; and they are completely exhausted by their own minds. Together, we work on building skills, practicing ERP, and slowly reclaiming the parts of life OCD has crowded out.
